  2. My father learned to swim when he was in his 20s from reading a book! (Yes, he was a nerd). He is now in his 60s and still swims 1000m everyday.
If he can learn to swim I’m sure you can too!

  3. Hey of course you can still learn to swim at 25. It will be a bit harder because the ‘fear factor’ will come into it, but be confident and enthuastic and youll be able to pick it up. Im a lifeguard and ive seen people as old as 60 learn to swim and now they come everyweek and do 50 lengths of the pool! so you will be fine. Id recommend you invest in a good swimsuit and a decent pair of goggles so you can put your head in the wwater as this makes swimming a lot easier!
    Hope that helps

  4. Of course you can still learn how to swim. It is a great idea to learn how to swim, no matter how old you are because it is a great form of cardio fitness and it is safe too. The Red Cross offers adult swimming lessons so check with your local pool to see if they offer this program. Good luck with swimming!
